An apartment building in the center of Volos

STUDY : 1999 - CONSTRUCTION : 2000

The apartment building was developed in a small site in the center of Volos. The main target was a modern design with modern materials and colours. At the public spaces of the building a combination of metal and wood, creates an attractive contrast of ‘cold and hot’ materials. At first it was scheduled to have small and big apartments and on the last floors a residence in two levels.
