The building is in Makrinitsa, in the pedestrian zone which guides to the central square. The study concerns the transformation of a mansion to a guest house and the extention of the ground floor to be used as a guest house. The thickness of the walls is 85 cm. The inside walls are constructed of woods or constructed with one line of tiles. The roof is coated with flat stones of the mountain Pelion. The guest house has an engine-room in the basement, the reception space, the stairs, space for breakfast, the guest’s bathrooms and the preparation space in the ground floor. The furniture is wooden, so the living room, beds, fire place and kitchen have the same style of quality, colour, texture of surfaces. The bedrooms with the bathrooms are upstairs.
