STUDY : 1992 - CONSTRUCTION : 1993
The stone building was constructed at the end of the 19th century at the small then seaside village of Agria, to be used as centre of picking, elaboration and olive’s storage. The usage was changed many times as time passed. Actually, it’s about two parallelepiped buildings in a shape of ‘Γ’ united at the northeast corner. The interferences concerned the outside’s restoration and the inside change as a recreation centre. At the entrance of the building, in front opposite the sea, there was the stairs which guided to the offices. That space was transformed to foyer and the offices space to an inside big balcony which has sight to the inside main space. The rest front part developed as the main recreation space, with an oblong bar which reaches the length of the left side. At the parallelepiped’s contribution the kitchen and the W.C. were placed and the back space was used as a storage space.
